Refund & Exchange Policy – Closet by Dimarz

Closet by Dimarz is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund by following the rules below.

All exchanges and refunds are subject to our approval and stock availability.

Exchange Policy:

A product will qualify for exchange if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • You can exchange the product only once.
  • Products with major quality defects.
  • Wrong product, size, or color sent.
  • Any technical error during order processing.
  • Exchanges for regular-priced items are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Closet by Dimarz reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

How to exchange:

Since we are an online-only store, all exchanges must be coordinated with our Customer Service. Please contact us with your order details and issue description. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not processed for orders that have already been shipped. Refunds are only available for Cancelled, Pending, or Returned orders.
  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will verify the order and product before processing. Timelines may vary based on order status, VAT adjustments, or payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery refunds may require alternative methods if cash refunds are not possible.
  • An additional processing fee may be charged for any refund.

  • Contact Number (used during purchase)
  • Payment Method (Bkash / SSLCommerz / Nagad)

Refund Timelines:
